She will be touching on see to cup and sustainability considerations as well, so that flavor preference, time commitment and personal priorities can be considered when choosing which coffee to buy.

After 7 years of owning Insomnia Coffee Co, Evan Aldrete + Tyler Geel decided they wanted to know more about the coffee they were serving and the people who grew it. Dapper & Wise opened in 2013 with the intention of bridging the gap between coffee producer and final consumer. Whether it's through coffee classes, experimental drinks, or prioritizing a space for conversation our goal is to do coffee in a way that allows people to belong.
