About:

I have always loved canning and preserving food. When I lived in Hawaii I used all of the amazing tropical produce to make unique goods to share with family and friends on the mainland. I made so much I turned it into a business. When moving to Oregon I wanted to source locally and continue my business and be able to grow it in ways Hawaii did not allow me to. And I have!
