Chef Scott King

I am the chef at R&R Bar in Portland. The cuisine is baja-style (fish tacos, ceviche, elote). We opened in mid-late 2019 and am proud that we have remained open! I used to work for a cheese company out in Dundee called Briar Rose Creamery, which was my introduction to farmers markets. During that part of my career I won several awards with the team! I also worked for Winter’s Farm as most chefs will work for a farm stand showcasing the farm’s offerings and inspiring market-goers to cook delicious meals.
