Asparagus, Radish, and Pea Salad
An easy, refreshing salad
Spring time has us reaching for those fresh veggies that we have missed all winter long! This salad is soon to be an all time fave, just wash, chop, dress, and eat!
Ingredients
Radishes,
Asparagus
Peas (Snap, snow, or frozen peas thawed)
Scallion
Lemon
Olive Oil
Preparation
Wash and prepare veggies. Add veggies, lemon juice, and olive oil to a bowl and toss.
