Salmon & Kale Quiche

Salmon and Kale. Aren’t those your favorite too? I’ve never thought of putting them together in a quiche. But that sounds really yummy, especially the leftover quiche in the fridge is particularly yummier.  Let’s get started! 😉

Summer Blues: Wild Blueberry Basil Hand Pies

It seems like summer just flies by. What are you going to miss about summer? Warm sun? How about berries?!  Blackberry, Strawberry, Blueberry, Mulberry, Raspberry, huckleberry… Yumm… Well, here’s a good way to use the last of the berries of the season or any you hid away in your freezer.

Blueberry basil hand pies
